Tammy Holcomb
Fremont, Neb. – (May 11, 2026) Fremont Public Schools is announcing the appointment of Tammy Holcomb as a Fremont High School Assistant Principal, beginning July 1, 2026. Seth McClain, current Assistant Principal has been named as the FHS Activities Director/Assistant Principal beginning July 1, 2026.
Holcomb has Bachelor of Science degrees in education and biology and chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and Masters of Arts in Education from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Holcomb’s teaching career started in 1994 at Ansley Public Schools. She has also worked for David City Public Schools, Centura Public Schools, Blair Public Schools and the Nebraska State Patrol. Tammy has three adult children and one granddaughter.
“Tammy brings valuable experience as a teacher and administrator to Fremont High Schools. We’re excited to see her develop relationships with students, staff and the community,” stated Dr. Brad Dahl, superintendent.
